All images taken are edited and individually prepared post event to the highest standards, at no extra cost. This is usually done in the evenings out of normal business hours, when I am not booked out on jobs and can span a number of evenings, particularly with large projects, for the free editing service to apply.
Should the client require their project to be worked on in normal business hours, for rushed deadlines, thus preventing me to take on other paid work, then additional frees may apply.
However, important media shots can be sent to the client straight after the event for publication.
I am afraid I do not supply unedited images straight from the camera, I do not offer RAW files, only edited high resolution jpeg images.
It is my belief, that even if an image is taken correctly, all digital images still need some sort of post production, i.e. white balance adjustment, sharpening, and generally making the images vibrant and looking good.
My policy is quality over quantity; my image compositions are considered, selected and edited, so that they may be suitable to be used in all types of publications, websites and literature. I do not offer, nor provide endless shots taken of the same incident. I will choose the best composition, and usable image from any set of images, and provide this for my clients use.
It is not permitted for any supplied image to be altered, cropped or edited in any other way, unless permission is given in writing by the photographer.
It is for these reasons that I ask anyone booking my services, to allow me time post event, to work on the images. I will endeavour to supply all the best images from my coverage in a timely fashion.
